Lulin Wood Industry (Linyi) Co., Ltd. was established, and the predecessor of the company is Cangshan County Kailin Wood-based Panel Industrial Co., Ltd.

Kailin Company cooperated with Malaysian Samling Group to expand production. On November 26, 2002, upon the approval of Linyi Commerce Bureau, Malaysian Samling Group invested USD1.84 million to establish Lulin Wood Industry (Linyi) Co., Ltd.,

1999

The poplar modified laminated veneer lumber (LVL) agreed slab project was reported to the National Sparking Plan Project, received special support from the National Science and Technology Fund, and won the second prize for science and technology progresses in Shandong Province, and the first prize for science and technology progresses in Linyi City.

June 1997

Kailin Wood-based Panel Industrial Co., Ltd. cooperated with Japanese Toyo Plywood Co., Ltd. to develop and produce the poplar modified laminated veneer lumber (LVL) agreed slabs, in the same year, the product was promoted in Japan, and it became the first company to produce poplar LVL and export it to Japanese market.
